My job as the social media manager for SiestaCon 2026 was to facilitate the post schedule and needs of the client and relate it back to the design team. I created weekly Zoom meetings, a social media rollout calendar, and a vendor list.

Additionally, I boosted advertisements on Instagram and Facebook, tracking engagements on posts.

Organized Platforms

Using Google Sheets, I kept a detailed list of vendors who needed to be advertised before the convention. The social media rollout calendar kept track of which posts the client approved and what captions would pair with them.

Social Media

Keeping to the schedule, each post was executed across all 4 platforms 6 weeks before the event.
